Minor Game

St. Pat’s 21 – 20 Dunshaughlin C.C.

Today was an important day for our Minor Panel as they faced Dunshaughlin in their first competitive game for the school.  The panel have worked extremely hard over the last number of months and their diligence was reflected in their fantastic display of basketball today.  The lads fought hard to win by the narrowest of margins and began their journey with St. Pat’s Basketball with the win.  For many of our players it was their first competitive game of basketball and both coaches are looking forward to many more successes in the future

Junior Game

St. Pat’s 31 – 35 Dunshaughlin C.C.

After a very successful campaign last year it was great to have our Second Year Panel back on court today for their first competitive game of the season.  The team have a number of new players and we wish them all the best with their playing career in St.  Pat’s.  St. Pat’s dominated play throughout the game but were unlucky to come up two baskets short at the end of the fourth quarter.  The improvement over the last number of months was evident in their control of the court today but the win slipped through their fingers in the last few minutes of the game. We look forward to a return to winning ways in the near future!
