Dear Parent/ Guardian,
This Thursday March 5th marks World Book Day. In honour of this day, we are inviting all students and staff to participate in a Drop Everything and Read initiative for 30 minutes during the first class of the day.
This initiative supports our literacy strategy within our school through reading for enjoyment. We kindly request that each student bring a book to their first class on Thursday March 5th so they can participate in this activity.
This is a wonderful opportunity for students to pause and fully immerse themselves in reading for pleasure.
