We are hosting a Jersey/Christmas Jumper day for local charities on Wednesday the 14th December for local charities including the SVP, Navan Meals on Wheels and the Meath Womens Refuge. Students will be asked to bring in €2 from tomorrow as their contribution to Jersey/ Christmas Jumper Day. Prizes will be given for the most novel jerseys. The money will be collected by members of the students council or can be given to their class tutor from tomorrow.
The Parents Council will also be hosting a cake sale for the charities during the break on that day and any parents who are bakers are invited to bring in baking to the canteen from 8.20am on the day. A member of the parents council will be there to accept it into the canteen at that time. Students will be able to purchase baked goods at break.
