As temperatures drop below freezing tonight our TY class and 8 members of our staff are doing the Sleepout. The next couple of weeks & months in these cold temperatures are extremely difficult for homeless families in our communities.
Our TYs gathered at our school this evening at 7.30pm. They started their evening by playing a soccer blitz. After the blitz they will do their best to find a dry spot near our school front entrance where they might get a few hours of sleep. Well done to the whole group who are shinning an important light on homelessness in our community.
